RETURN POLICY

We wholeheartedly believe in the quality and precision of our work, but we also understand that mistakes can happen. We're human, after all!

Due to the custom nature of the items we produce, Outdoor Brand Company does not offer returns or refunds.

Should you receive an item that doesn't match your order specifications, we may consider a return, but this will be at Outdoor Brand Company's discretion. In such cases, customers are required to arrange the return of the items to us within a 30-day period to qualify under this policy.

Please note, Outdoor Brand Company is not liable for any items lost during the return transit.

To be eligible for this return policy, the items must be sent back unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. If these conditions aren't met, the return policy won't apply.

REPLACEMENTS ONLY

Upon receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will evaluate its condition. Depending on our assessment, we might offer a replacement. It's important for customers to understand that because our products are uniquely crafted, we can't provide refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, we promptly initiate the artwork conversion and setup process. Therefore, order cancellations can only be made within 72 hours of placing an order. Be aware that there might be a 25% cancellation fee, which covers our time and the materials used in processing the order.
